Ander has a background in residential, commercial and industrial construction management.  He learned with hands on experience both in the field as well as in an office environment.  He is an expert in: customer service, construction estimating, interior 3-D design, selecting quality materials with customers, construction sales, lumber sales, granite cutting and polishing, demolition, carpentry, painting, cabinetry, roofing, trusses, framing, landscaping, problem solving , and creating long lasting relationships.  Ander loves helping people, teaching his Son new skills, playing guitar, getting front row at concerts, finding new hot springs, biking on the greenbelt, exploring the world, and cooking delicious food to share with his friends and family. 

 Porter is currently enrolled in his middle school education where he thrives in making new friends, loves golfing best (His words), playing Tennis, basketball, art, playing guitar, learning to cook delicious & nutritious food, being a caring pet owner to his fish, playing Minecraft and building customized video games, is an expert Roblox & Fortnite Player, being a great friend, and being the most Awesome Son a Dad could ask for. Porter is wise for his age, a great learner, enjoys teaching others new skills, and is great at helping his Dad install hardware, swap out door locks, paint, demo walls, swiffer & vacuum floors after project completion, & more.  He loves to help out, talk to customers, and make sure they are completely happy with our work.  Porter is a great Team Member and we love his helping attitude. 

 Jeremy has been painting homes and commercial properties since 1999.  He has over two decades of painting and opened his own business in 2005 and specialized in New Construction and & Remodeling Residential homes.  He has a love for building and employing good people who deliver quality work at an affordable price.  He strives to employ the people that share the same results oriented goals of being top notch professionals that are proud of their work. 

 A long time Idaho resident and father of four, Igor is a tile installer that opened his business in 2013 and now has more than a decade of experience in the field. From remodels to high-end new builds to commercial, Igor has done it all. With customer satisfaction being a top priority, he always strives for himself and his installers to provide the highest quality of work. 

Kristin has has owned her Boise based cleaning business for 10 years. She loves her work and enjoys transforming her clients homes into fresh, clean, and organized spaces.  She enjoys teaching her daughter new skills in being a Leader and Entrepreneur, being a good friend, and Rockhounding in Idaho and Oregon.  

 Whitnee was introduced to the construction industry at just 4 years old with her mother being a builder, and her father being a remodeler. She jumped at any opportunity to help her parents as she got older, even working for her parents as their assistant for numerous years. She officially joined our team in 2020 during the Drafts-People shortage, since then she has climbed to a major role in the company.
