Our Remodeling PROCESS is as easy as 1 through 10!
1.) MEET & SET GOALS
Why do we create a Customer Specific Selection Sheet? So that we putthe products You chose for Your Project in the right spot, the right way. That may sound like it couldn't happen, but it has. Ander Ford Construction goes the extra mile to prevent this with thorough communication from an experienced remodeling pro.
2.) DESIGN
We have our team come to Your Home, measure Your Kitchen, Bathroom, and any other areas that we are remodeling. We encourage You Sharing all of Your Goals. We then create a buildable set of plans that we can submit to the city for approval once it is time for permits.
3.) ESTIMATE
A Contractor Running out of YOUR money in the middle of a project would be a nightmare! When we share our Estimates with You... something different happens, we find any missing items before the project starts. This ensureas that Your Home Improvement Project Runs Efficiently and stays under Budget.
4.) CONTRACT
...which is as simple as a Written Agreement for Us to Perform Work on Your Behalf. Ander Ford Construction will plan and Manage Your Home Improvement Project with a thorough estimate and a clear contract. We purchase building permits, carry liability insurance and workman's comp and are a Licensed Contractor.
5.) PLANNING
We Create what we call a "Critical Path to Project Completion"... which is our version of a SCHEDULE and considers the quickest way to complete your Family's project. We plan on paper and share with you for lead times and set goals for project checkpoints. Every Inspection and action item is pre-scheduled.
6.) BUILDING
Every project starts with Building Permits first, Ordering Materials second, and waiting for everything to arrive. Once it is in, it is time to double check selections and confirm scope of work, so that work is completed correctly, the first time and the right way.
7.) OPTIONS
Value Engineering is a fancy way of saying... "What does this part cost?" We can create specific costs for different project goals
-or- "Subprojects"
that you want us to Build and install. We can separate these items so that you can set priorities on what to accomplish and helps to Balance Your Project's Budget.
8.) CHANGES
Change Orders are not scary, they can save you time and money... if You are open to changes we will advise you on ways to save your resources or speed up your remodel. Many of our customers come in under budget on their Projects.
9.) ENJOY
Live, Cook, Shower, Brush Your Teeth. Use Your Newly transformed Home Like it is intended... to be spilled in, things dropped, and messes to be made. The remodels we enjoy the most are the ones that are planned well and designed to be enjoyed for years to come with Quality, Durable, Long Lasting materials.
10.) WARRANTY
Ander Ford Construction, LLC, Provides a Written Warranty,

Will repair or replace any item, that they are hired to supply and install, that stops working or does not work correctly within:
1 year of Substantial Completion ."
